Ever wanted to own a windsurfing school in a paradise island??

An amazing Business opportunity is now available in one of Asia’s premier windsurfing locations – Boracay Island, Philippines.
A 520m2 beachfront land plot is now available for lease (initially 8.5 years with options to extend) for purposes of a Windsurfing school with a restaurant / bar. The plot is within the grounds of a new purpose built 12 room resort for windsurfers / kite surfers.
The bay is protected by a fringing reef so keeping the water flat, ideal for 1st time on a beginner’s board to more advanced freestyle moves or freeriding and outside the reef a fantastic bump and jump playground. With clear blue waters averaging 28 deg all year round.
The lease comes complete with existing buildings on the lot, comprising of a large detached house with ground floor for board / equipment storage and 2nd floor living accommodation, Sail shed, toilet / shower block and restaurant / bar building.
Any questions and for more details, photos etc please email us at reef.retreat@hotmail.com

Merci pour l'invitation des Philippines.

Boracay Island :heart: L'île ou j'ai appris le waterstart. Jamais vu une eau aussi translucide au monde. Quelques photos : http://www.boracayisland.org/photos.shtml" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Hi Yannou,

Sorry but my french is very poor so i will have to reply in english.

Our windy season runs from end of October / beginning of November right through until mid april, with our peak months being dec, jan and feb.
Our winds are cross- onshore and average strenght is 16 - 22knts.
Our bay has a reef protecting it so the clear warm waters are flat and for a long way only waist deep so perfect to learn as you can stand up easily.
if you need more info or have any particular questions, please do not hesitate to email us on reef.retreat@hotmail.com
we look forward to you coming to Reef Retreat. 8)

Hi Yannou,

Yes we have 30 scuba diving schools on the island so a very big support for the sport.
I am a certified divemaster myself so can recommend a couple of the dive schools who could take care of all of your diving needs.(1 school we work with is french owned so you will not have to worry about speaking english all the time :D )
look forward to meeting you at Reef Retreat.
