The new outline allowed a more efficient twist pattern with improved release to leeward, while shaping
adjustments improve mid-profile skin tension and lock in stability 110%. Last year, S2Maui’s VENOM was
already the lightest race sail in the 2018 PlancheMag test and now with one less batten, it’s even lighter,
more efficient and sure to blow minds.

Antoine Questel Fra-99. 2019 venom 7.7 great sailing at home spot last week end with 17 to 25 knts. My first feelings felt on the water were the lightness but especially an increase of the stability of the sail! A bit less back hand compared to 2018 venom’s with more acceleration in the gust and easy jibes !!

It will be fun!
'18 Venom were already top sails, with an incredible balance between power and control. If the new ones are really more stable, lighter in the hands, more direct and even lighter ... it will be very, very fun!
