L'interview de Gonzalo Costa Hoevel, ARG 3, sur la WARP-100 Formula Race : http://www.localsailing.nl//index.php/n ... rmula-Race
"This board is much easier to sail downwind. In fact it is a rocket, and I would say it would be the fastest on the market today. We improved that area a lot. Additionally we added a double chicken strap - which everybody loves. It allows you to go max speed at full control, without sacrificing much energy. We knew the 09 "Black Machine" was super fast upwind, so we tried to stay as close as possible to the previous parameters, but still managed to improve light wind performance by lifting the rocker, adding volume to hold bigger sails, and thickening the rails. The board rides high and accelerates incredibly fast. So far I have been sailing a lot with friends on boards from two other major producers, but the do not stand a chance. Every single guy that has tried the new Warp likes it a lot. We received 9 boards before New Year, and they were all gone within a week. The next event is the South Americans, and I really look forward to it."

Re: Exocet 2009/2010
Un article intéressant de Windmag sur la distribution d'Exocet en France :
http://www.windmag.com/News/4300-busine ... emble.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

http://localsailing.nl//index.php/news/ ... -RS-Boards
"Maximum speed as early as possible, explosive acceleration."
LOCALSAILING : Can you tell us about the main design differences compared to the former S and what were the reasons to change them?
KOEN : The previous Warp S (76 &85) were a blend of a dedicated slalom shape with some characteristics of a free-racer, offering a high performance board for a huge variety of people. It had very forgiving rails and the length was longer for extra stability. Since the introduction of the Exocet Sting, we have the perfect successor for those boards.
So the new RS boards have only the "S" common in the name and I would not call them an evolution of the Warp S.
RS 5 & 6 is designed for uncompromised slalom racing. Maybe I need to say that due to its design and wider tail, the RS can be quiet accessible too, esp if you keep it gentle on the throttle by adapting your sailsize. But put the counter in the red and you will be amazed about what is under your feet.
"The wider tail boards will require some more rail pressure during the jibe, but the extra tail surface will keep you planning even with those bigger sails."
