The Build: Handcrafted Sails
The P7 Handcrafted Series is a new development initiated to push the boundaries of our high-performance product range. Now, for the first time, sailors can enjoy the distinctiveness and exclusiveness of handmade sails, crafted here in Italy; delivering the purest and most radical construction of our sails. Beginning with the Black Ice Winter Sail, and the AC-1 2K12, our aim is to develop new and exciting sail lines to complement our existing range, and give sailors an opportunity to own one of these unique and elite custom versions of our sails….
Built flawless, with each batten custom grinded and fitted, sail-bodies stripped to the core, with perfect curve and tension, the P7 Handcrafted Series are the lightest and most radical sails available from Point-7. This range is for those who want nothing but the best experience on the water and the highest performance.

Point-7 AC-X2G 2012 : SL NO CAM, X-RATED PERFORMANCE
20% lighter construction
New straight edge outline, reducing drag
Greater stability and control in high wind
Constant acceleration
enhanced visibility
Introducing a modified version of the already known classic, the AC-X2G; taking no-cam blasting to the next level!
Built around a medium aspect outline, the AC-X2G has more drive and a deeper forward-positioned profile to improve early planing and generate more power through the wind lulls. A new outline reduces drag to an absolute minimum and ensures an improved, constant acceleration.
Utilising new lighter materials the AC-X2G is 20% lighter than its predecessor whilst maintaining structural integrity and durability. The notable weight reduction gives direct advantage to the swing weight for easier handling and improved agility in light wind conditions. With a new lighter, yellow-tinted window material the eyes can relax better on clear sunny days with clearer contrast visibility.
The AC-X2G is for the rider who doesn’t compromise on his sailing; a sail range which offers easy rigging and handling with a helluva lot of high-end performance integrated.
Mast Choice Advise: The sails have been tested with C100+, C80+ and C60 in SDM, RDM and BICO masts.
Sized from 5.2 to 9.0; the smallest size and up to 6.5 is built on a 6 batten construction and 7 battens in the sizes upwards. Keeping in tone with latest Point-7 trend, the sail design is kept compact with short mast and boom lengths.
5,2 : 400, 415 x 163, 6 battens
5,8 : 400, 433 x 176, 6 battens
6,5 : 430, 447 x 192, 7 battens
7,0 : 460, 464 x 200, 7 battens
7,5 : 460, 472 x 206, 7 battens
8,0 : 460, 489 x 215, 7 battens
9,0 : 490, 513 x 225, 7 battens
Price : 529 to 649 euros

Point-7 AC-K2G 2012 : 3 Cam Racing, THE KING IS BACK !
20% lighter construction
New straight edge outline, reducing drag
Greater stability and control in high wind
Constant acceleration
enhanced visibility
A total rebuild of this Olympian in its class, the new AC-K2G sports a host of new features and upgrades. Built around a medium aspect outline, the AC-K2G delivers massive amounts of low-end power for early planing and power through the lulls. Taking the new straight leech opening from the AC-1 2K12 sail range, the AC-K2G delivers constant acceleration while allowing the pilot full control at all times, no matter the wind conditions. With a massive tuning range, the AC-K2G can be trimmed up to 3cm negative outhaul for maximum power in light wind +3cm for maximum control in high wind conditions.
Benefitting from a new construction, the AC-K2G has been made 20% lighter than its predecessor whilst maintaining durability and structural integrity. The notable weight reduction of the sail gives direct advantage to the swing weight for easier handling and agility in light wind conditions. With a new lighter, yellow-tinted window material, the eyes can relax on clear sunny days with higher contrast than ever before.
The AC-K2G is build for the rider who wants to be the fastest guy of the day, with a sail that is easy to rig, ride and blast away on.
Mast Choice Advise: The sail line have been tested with C100+ and C80+ standard masts. Only the 5.8m2 uses a RDM mast. The C60 grade mast is also compatible with the AC-K

Re: Point-7 2012
On a l'impression que sur le premier bord le rider navigue avec les cambers inverses (camber au dessus du wish)...
Les cambers ont ainsi l'air passer tous seuls au jybe.
